RECOVER

Performance improves when the body has time to recover from the work.

The Athletic Golf Project is not just about training harder. It is about training intelligently, managing fatigue, and creating an environment where golfers can come back ready to perform again.

Our recovery space will give players access to tools designed to help them reset, restore and prepare for the next session — including compression therapy, massage, recovery seating and dedicated space for hands-on bodywork.

We are also exploring a partnership with a fascia and adhesion specialist who has worked with LPGA Tour players, bringing another level of expertise into the recovery and performance process.

Recovery also gives us another opportunity to understand the athlete.

How does the body respond after training? Where does tension build? What needs attention before the next practice, workout or round?

For some players, recovery might mean using Normatec compression after a demanding session. For others, it could mean time on a recovery mat, massage therapy, mobility work, or simply creating enough space between hard training days for the body to adapt.

The goal is not to eliminate fatigue.

The goal is to recover well enough to train well again.

Because long-term performance is not built from one great session. It is built from the ability to consistently repeat high-quality work.

Train. Recover. Adapt. Perform again.
