PERFORM

We train indoors so the game performs outdoors.

Indoor training gives us control. We can measure movement, ball flight, force, putting, strength and skill development in an environment where feedback is immediate and progress is easy to track.

But golf is not played inside a simulator.

One of the limitations of indoor golf is that the environment gives you built-in visual references — walls, screens, alignment lines and a defined target window. On the course, those references disappear. You are suddenly standing in a wide-open space, reading lies, slopes, wind, distance, trajectory and target lines for yourself.

That transfer matters.

That is why The Athletic Golf Project will include on-course and short-game collaborations with partner golf courses, giving players opportunities to take what they have built indoors and test it where it actually counts.

Through individual and group on-course sessions, we will work on decision-making, target selection, shot preparation, uneven lies, short-game situations, scoring strategy and the ability to perform without the comfort of an indoor setup.

The indoor work builds the tools.

The golf course teaches you how to use them.

Train indoors. Perform outdoors. Next: RECOVER.
